We recommend that Former Owners make a written request for
a Former Owner Benefits Package (FOBP) so they can make a properly informed decision/choice
in respect of receipt of benefits.
By requesting a Former Owner Benefits Package (FOBP), you
do not compromise, sacrifice or give up any rights you have.
If you do nothing and do not request the package, you will
receive nothing by way of benefits under the Settlement Agreement.
We strongly recommend that all Former Owners make a request
for the Former Owner Benefits Package (FOBP) in order that you can properly educate
yourself as to the benefits available under the Settlement Agreement and make
an informed decision.
