Special Mention: David is author of numerous articles and papers on various aspects of law as well as a frequent guest speaker on various litigation topics. David appears frequently as counsel before courts and administrative tribunals at all levels. He acted as lead counsel in several large class action settlements including one of the largest class action settlements in Canadian history involving approximately 900,000 class members and a settlement with a value of over $260 million.
